Official Hardheim Homepage		 Hardheim is a beautiful town located in a semi-rural part of Germany.  It is in the state of Baden-Württemberg, a region highly skilled in fine metal work and machine-fabrication. More specifically Hardheim is near the Taubertal (Tauber River Valley) and what is referred to as the Romantische Straße (the Romantic Road) which features towns such as Würzburg, Tauberbischofsheim, Weikersheim and Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Holzwurm

"The Holzwurm", in 1987, and again in 1993 sometime after a fire that destroyed the roof.  The rebuilt building, shown below in 1999, now houses a bank.
